Serving others and loving them through creating delicious food is in Brent & Dawn's blood. Brent's mom was a chef, and Dawn's grandma owned a restaurant for years. Opening B & D's Food Hut is just a natural extension of who they are and where they came from. They got their start in 2006 and have had the opportunity to be mentored by some amazing chef's and restaurant owners. These pivotal people really pushed Brent and Dawn to grow and helped them to always be striving to achieve the next level.
Opening B & D's Food Hut on the Long Beach Peninsula is a true dream. Living here full time and being part of the community is such a fun blessing. Brent has a lot of fond memories of visiting the area with his dad when he was a kid. Now together with Dawn, they can help other families build lasting memories at this very special beach. After all, some of the best memories are made around great food! Brent and Dawn are leaders that are committed to the development of new ideas and they have been able to assemble an amazing, hard working team of professionals that are just as passionate about great food.
